MACD Land Clearing provides land clearing, forestry mulching (including stump grinding and brush hogging), and demolition services for residential and commercial properties in Burlington, NC and the surrounding area. Excavation and site preparation are not included in the current scope of services. Any work outside these three categories would need to be discussed and confirmed directly with our team before being added to a project.
Estimates requested through this website, by phone, or in person are provided at no cost and reflect the information available and/or visible at the time of the request. Because ground conditions, vegetation density, structure type, and site access can vary, a final scope of work and price are confirmed after an on-site evaluation. An initial estimate is not a guarantee of final cost until confirmed in person.
Property owners are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work site and for disclosing any known hazards, property line disputes, buried utility lines, septic systems, wells, or other underground conditions before work begins. MACD Land Clearing is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities, structures, or property features that were not identified in advance.
Land clearing, forestry mulching, and demolition work is performed outdoors and can be affected by weather, ground conditions, or equipment needs. MACD Land Clearing will make reasonable efforts to communicate any scheduling changes as early as possible.
Payment terms are confirmed with each customer at the time an estimate is approved. In-house financing is available for qualifying projects; specific financing terms are discussed directly with our team on a per-project basis.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment or project, please contact us as soon as possible so the schedule can be adjusted accordingly.
MACD Land Clearing may photograph or record completed work, including AI-assisted marketing content, for use on this website, social media, and advertising. Personal information about property owners is not shared in these materials without permission. If you would prefer that your project not be used for marketing, please let us know in advance.
MACD Land Clearing performs all work with care and professionalism. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MACD Land Clearing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services performed, except as otherwise required by law or agreed to in a signed service agreement.
